Reflect and Restore, supporting young people and their loved ones via bespoke therapy and positive connection.

Sessions can be booked when needed, as a one off 'pick me up' every so often, or on a more frequent or intensive basis.

The support offered will be tailored to the client, with the aim being to give them a welcoming and homely environment, with multiple options of how they would like the session to evolve, including venturing out, playing games, or including creative elements, in order to provide the best help for them on an individual basis.

Offering a safe space and having an approachable adult that can connect with your child, can often be the key to improving their communication and well-being and relieve them from some of the stresses that come with being a teenager or young adult.

Please note, I am registered with the ICO, have public liability and professional indemnity insurance, am trained at Level 2, 3 and hold a Level 4 Diploma in Counselling. I have worked as a Counsellor and Pastoral Support Manager in a secondary school for 9 years. I am fully trained in safeguarding procedures and have a professional counselling supervisor. I am fully DBS checked for working with young and vulnerable people.

I am a member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society.

I also hold a current Adult workforce DBS check, a full driving licence and business insurance and am available for elderly companionship and support sessions within the home.

Please note: Location is within Hurst View, which is on the right hand side at the bottom of Lower Pennington Lane, turn first left on entering campsite, follow the track until you see the laundry and some red recycling bins on your left. I am in the log cabin behind these, you can park outside the log cabin or by the conservatory next to it.

Hi I'm Becci, I have over 12 years experience working to support young people with their emotional well-being. I have counselling experience in schools, college and for a young people's charity and I am trained to diploma level in Counselling. My passion is to create a space that enhances my practice by ensuring that my clients feel safe, supported and have the opportunity to relax. I have an enhanced DBS certificate and Safeguarding training. I am an accredited member of NCPS.

Talking therapy and support

1 hour

£65

More info A full hour spent providing yourself or your child with tailored counselling support, nurture and help with resilience building.
The therapy is person centred but can include time to establish any issues that have come up between sessions and to support my client to navigate these.
I will work to foster and strong and supportive therapeutic relationship, allowing room for growth and support to make changes if necessary.
Counselling can be long or short term and can be booked as frequently as necessary. There is no set period recommended, support can be continued long term if required.
